Memorandum of Understanding Signed between Al-Riyada National Management
Consulting and Danah Universal School of Kuwait
Adhering to the digital transformation in education, Danah Universal School of Kuwait took the
lead to offer professional level certificate courses to it’s high school students. A MoU was signed
today between Al-Riyada National Management Consulting (Alriyadaconsult), representing
JCloudIT Service and Training (JCloudIT), Canada, and Danah Universal School of Kuwait
(DUSK). The signing ceremony was held at the premises of Danah Universal School of Kuwait.
Dr. Syed Hashim Al Hunnaiyan, the founder of Alriyadaconsult, signed on behalf of the company
while Mr. Ali Al-Sayegh, vice CEO, was the signatory from DUSK. Also present in the ceremony
was Mr. Tariq Mirza, Executive Director of Alriyadaconsult.
Under the terms of the MoU, Alriyadaconsult will conduct instructor-led IT related online training
courses, being offered by JCloudIT. The scope of the courses varies from Python and Java
programming to Cloud Computing, AI/ML and Cybersecurity courses. JCloudIT Worldwideoffers
training courses’ achievement certificates to all participants upon successful completion of the
online training program.
Additionally, the company offers online instructor-led programs to prepare individuals and
companies for vendor certifications.
JCloudIT is a Canada registered company having it’s office in Toronto and is an authorized partner
with major Cloud vendors like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Alibaba, etc. The company specializes in
Cloud Computing, AI/ML and Cybersecurity Technologies. Al-Riyada National Management
Consulting has been appointed as it’s official representative in Kuwait and Middle East.
